Our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and compassionate โ balancing respect for our clientsโ needs with the preparation and time required to deliver professional, high-quality sessions.
By booking any session, class, or workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless otherwise stated.
Harmony Gate uses secure, external systems for online bookings and payments.
Payments made through these systems are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Harmony Gate does not generally offer refunds for change of mind, illness, or non-attendance, as significant preparation and time are reserved for each client.
However, we understand that life can bring unexpected challenges.
If you experience illness, emergency, or compassionate circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible โ we will review your situation with understanding and may offer a reschedule, credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
For workshops and events:
You may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us at least 2 hours before the start time.
Hypnotherapy or private healing sessions are non-transferable, as they are tailored to the individual.
We appreciate advance notice for any changes so that your reserved time can be offered to others in need.
You may reschedule your appointment once only with at least 24 hoursโ notice.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If you cancel within 24 hours or have already rescheduled once, your session fee will be forfeited.
In cases of medical or compassionate circumstances, Harmony Gate may, at its discretion, allow a later reschedule or credit.
Harmony Gate will issue a full refund or credit only if:
We are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. practitioner illness, venue issue, or technical disruption), or
The cancellation is initiated by Harmony Gate.
If you need to cancel:
Please provide at least 24 hoursโ notice to avoid being charged the full session rate.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full, except in compassionate cases at our discretion.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed via your original payment method within 7 business days.
To maintain a calm and uninterrupted experience:
Please arrive 10โ15 minutes early for in-person sessions, or log in 5 minutes early for online sessions.
Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may not be permitted to join, to protect the focus and energy of the group.
Missed sessions due to lateness are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for any bank or third-party transaction fees.
If a payment is declined or reversed, any associated costs will be the clientโs responsibility.
Harmony Gate reserves the right to pass on fees related to failed or disputed transactions.
We cultivate a safe, respectful, and supportive space for all.
Please:
Treat all facilitators and participants with kindness, respect, and presence.
Follow any safety or participation guidelines offered by your facilitator.
Inform us before your session of any injuries, pregnancy, or medical or psychological concerns.
Harmony Gate reserves the right to refuse participation if a facilitator reasonably believes it is unsafe or inappropriate for your current condition.
Your well-being is our highest priority.
We encourage you to consult your doctor or healthcare provider before starting any new healing or mindfulness practice.
By participating, you confirm that:
You are in reasonable physical and mental health; and
You accept responsibility for your participation and safety.
If you feel unwell or uncomfortable during a session, please pause and notify your facilitator immediately.
Important for Sound Healing:
Please do not participate if you have had recent surgery, metal implants, or a pacemaker, unless approved by your doctor. Sound vibration can interfere with surgical recovery and implanted devices.
Harmony Gate complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Health Records Act 2001 (VIC).
We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal and health information.
We collect only the information necessary to deliver your session or communicate with you effectively, such as your:

Health information relevant to your session
Booking and payment details
Your information is used only for:
Providing services you request
Client communication and scheduling

All personal and session records are stored securely.
Only authorised Harmony Gate staff may access client information.
We never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains valid.
Harmony Gate is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control.
While every service is provided with care and professionalism, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
We encourage open, respectful dialogue for any concerns.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, we will first seek to resolve the matter in good faith before taking further steps.
By booking or participating in any Harmony Gate service, you:
