Harmony Gate uses external appointment management systems for online bookings and secure payment transactions. Payments and bookings made through these systems are subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.
Refunds and Transfers
Harmony Gate does not offer refunds or credits for individual sessions, workshops, or events due to change of mind, injury, or illness. All purchases are final.
If you cannot attend a workshop or event, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying Harmony Gate at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Please note that this does not apply to hypnotherapy appointments.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule their appointments one time only and must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the original appointment time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability. If the request is made within 24 hours of the appointment or if the client has already rescheduled once, no further changes will be allowed, and the full session fee will be forfeited.
Punctuality Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for your session, workshop, or event. Late entry will not be permitted to maintain the experience and safety of all participants.
Fees to Note
If your payment is declined, any fees incurred as a result of failed transactions will be the responsibility of the client.
Harmony Gate is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by third-party systems or banks and reserves the right to pass on any associated costs arising from disputed or failed transactions.
Policies for Participation
To ensure an enjoyable and beneficial experience for all participants, we ask that you adhere to the following policies:
Conduct yourself with courtesy, respect, and kindness during sessions. Follow all guidance provided by your trainer to maximize the benefits of the session for yourself and others.
Inform Harmony Gate of any injuries or concerns prior to the session. If your trainer deems you unfit to participate or a risk to yourself or others, they may ask you to leave the session.
For online services, participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may be refused entry. For in-studio services, late arrivals will not be permitted to join.
Follow all instructions provided by your trainer to ensure a safe and effective session.
Harmony Gate encourages consulting with a physician before beginning any new exercise or mindfulness program. If you experience pain or discomfort during a session, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
If you are pregnant, please inform your trainer before the session begins.
Cancellations
Harmony Gate will only issue refunds in cases where the service cannot be provided or at Harmony Gate’s sole discretion.
If you cannot attend a session, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the start time to avoid being charged the full rate. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
In-studio services may be rescheduled via our appointment management system, subject to the rescheduling policy outlined above.
Online services cannot be rescheduled.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through our billing agent using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for processing, though delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our top priorities. Harmony Gate recommends consulting with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new physical or mindfulness program.
Participants are responsible for assessing their physical and mental capabilities and selecting services appropriate for their abilities and conditions. Harmony Gate provides suggestions for adjustments or equipment use, but it is up to participants to determine their suitability.
By participating, you warrant that you are in good physical and mental health. If you believe any conditions are unsafe, discontinue participation immediately. Harmony Gate and its related entities are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from participation in sessions or programs.
If you have undergone heart surgery, had a recent operation, or have metal implants in your body, you are not suitable to participate in any form of sound healing. This is to ensure your health and safety, as the vibrations from sound healing may negatively affect metal implants or interfere with post-surgical recovery. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor or a medical professional before engaging in any healing sessions.
